WARRANTY POLICY:
All products are guaranteed to arrive in new, usable, manufacturing defect-free condition. Beyond this condition at delivery, no warranties, expressed or implied are provided unless otherwise noted on individual product pages on our website.

RETURN POLICY:
Returning a like-new product:


If a customer wishes to return a product in unused and in like new condition, we may accept the return under the following conditions:
 - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping materials.
 - A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
 - Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
 - Refunds will be issued for 80% of the original purchase price after the item has been received, inspected, and deemed to be resalable.

Returning a damaged or defective product:

If a product arrives damaged of defective to the customer, we will address the issue at our discretion.
 - We reserve the right to repair the product if we determine that repair is appropriate.
 - We reserve the right to require the product to be returned to us before issuing a replacement or completing a repair.
 - If a repair or replacement is deemed necessary, we will do so at no cost to the customer. This includes both product cost, repair cost, and shipping cost.


Customer Return Shipping Responsibility:
 - We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit when being returned to us. This includes packages for which we have provided return labels. We cannot control how customers pack boxes, so we cannot refund packages lost in transit back to us due to poor packaging.
 - Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
-  Customers should take GREAT CARE packaging their returns. If a return shipment is lost in transit and does not arrive at our facility, no refund will be issued, as we cannot process a return for items we have not received.


Shipping Policy:
 - We take great care to insure that all orders are property packaged and shipped in a timely manner, Once your package leaves our facility it in is the hands of the shipping carrier.
 - We ship almost exclusively with UPS in the lower 48 United States. We find that UPS offers the best service of all the major carriers. When shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we usually utilize heavily fortified USPS Flat rate Boxes to keep costs from being prohibitively high for heavy items.
 - In stock standard items typically ships in 1-2 days. Custom colored shots, weights, harnesses and similar items usually take a few extra days since they must go into production after the order is made.
 - All shipments made on the website will be accompanied with a order verification email and tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please check spam folders before asking us to re-send order verification emails.
 - When a package is marked “Delivered” and/or shows a signature confirmation, we consider the shipment to have been successfully completed.
 - At that point, our responsibility for the order is fulfilled and we are no longer liable for the package. We cannot control what happens to your package after it is delivered. Any issues related to delivery after this point, including lost, stolen, or misplaced packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier or the proper authorities.
 - If a package leaves our facility and is lost by the shipping carrier or arrives damaged, we will cover your loss by replacing or repairing the product at our expense. If the package is taking longer than usual to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait an appropriate amount of time before replacing the product. Sometimes shipping carriers make mistakes and shipments can be delayed up to 2 weeks.
