Rodhe Throws™ Shot Put Glove

Introducing the Rodhe Throws™ Shot put Glove! Originally used by Eastern Bloc throwers, Justin Rodhe designed his own shot put glove for shot putters and Highland Games athletes.

Justin's shot put glove is used to protect the wrist, palm and fingers from injury while throwing heavy shots or stones. The shot put glove is made of heavy duty leather and includes a professional wrist wrap. The glove slips easily over the first three fingers, taking only a few seconds to put on. It is fully adjustable to suit the individual throwers' taste. Over time the shot put glove molds to the throwers hand, forming a seamless protective barrier between the shot and the fingers. This makes the Shot Put glove great for extended throwing sessions or rehabilitation.

It is common knowledge that throwing overweight implements forces throwers to use correct form and build event specific strength. The Rodhe Throws Shot Put Glove allows athletes to spend less time in the weight room and more time in the ring where they belong.
